The Rose is one of the most important vernacular texts of the middle ages and of interest to those working in a range of disciplines and languages. We will read between 100-200 lines of the text in advance and then discuss them over a glass of wine (or water).
Since 2009, this group has been meeting every other week to read, translate and discuss a wide range of insular French-language texts over refreshments.
