Stephen Tuck is currently working on three main projects: religious scepticism during the Jim Crow era, links between the British and American struggles for racial equality, and the influence of national location on the writing of history. His latest book The Night Malcolm X Spoke at the Oxford Union: A Transatlantic Story of Antiracist Protest will be published this autumn. He is a fellow of Pembroke College, Oxford, and a visiting fellow at the Hutchins Center, Harvard. He also runs the UNIQ race and protest summer school.
