Mori Reithmayr is a co-convenor of the Queer Studies Network and a DPhil student in Politics based at New College, Oxford. Their DPhil thesis in queer intellectual history examines the political thought of gay latino entertainer and activist José Sarria, Absolute Empress I, The Widow Norton.
Mori holds an MPhil in Political Theory at the University of Oxford, and a BA in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics at the University of Warwick.
Mori is the David Gieve scholar at New College, Oxford. Their DPhil thesis is funded by New College, the Department of Politics and International Relation, and the Arts and Humanities Research Council.
