This Ancient Medicine Seminar with Dr Moudhy Al-Rashid (Oriental Institute and Wolfson College) will be on 'My heart! My heart!': bodily metaphor in expressions of mental distress and disorder in Akkadian'. These interdisciplinary research seminars are intended to bring together those inside the University and elsewhere who have an interest in disease and medicine in the ancient world.
