St Anne's College are hosting the Devaki Jain Lecture by Noeleen Heyzer ‘At the Frontlines of Change: Feminist Leadership Transforming Lives’.
Noeleen Heyzer holds the rank of Under-Secretary-General of the United Nations. Born in Singapore, she received a BA and an MA from the University of Singapore and a doctorate in social sciences from Cambridge University in the United Kingdom. Noeleen Heyzer is an active member of the women’s movement in her region and has carried that passion into the UN.
