Members of the Indigenous Enggano community, Sumatra, Indonesia

 

Join Engga Zakaria and Pak Milson from the Enggano community in Indonesia to discuss the Enggano language and culture from an indigenous perspective. The event will feature a presentation of Enggano cultural objects, and introduction to the Enggano Documentation Project and a round table discussion on challenges for the future faced by the Enggano community. Some of the event will be presented in Indonesian with translation into English.
