Master class – lecture by Associate Professor Pierre Purseigle (Centre for War Studies, Trinity College Dublin and University of Warwick): 'Geographies of warfare and territories of belligerence in the era of the First World War', followed by discussion Thursday 12 November, 12.15 – 15.45 History Faculty, Lecture Theatre Pierre Purseigle is Associate Professor at the University of Warwick and a Visiting Research Fellow at Trinity College Dublin. Drawing on his work on French and British home fronts, he will be leading a guided discussion on spatial dimensions of the First World War.
