DANSOX warmly invite you to join us for an evening in celebration of the life of modernist dancer and revolutionary choreographer, Bronislava Nijinska.

We are thrilled to invite Avatâra Ayuso, of AVA Dance Company, in conversation with Dame Monica Mason, to discuss the creation of her new ballet Nijinska. Premiered in Santiago in 2023, Nijinska explores the life of the renowned modernist dancer and choreographer, Bronislava Nijinska. In conversation with Dame Monica, Avatâra will talk about her inspiration for the ballet and Nijinska's legacy. Dame Monica will also reflect on the experience of dancing the role of the Hostess in Les Biches.

There will be an opportunity for questions from the audience at the end.
