Introduction to Postdoctoral Research Funding Applications

This online workshop is aimed at doctoral students considering further post-doctoral research, usually in their penultimate or final year of study, and current early-stage post-docs.

This session will provide an introduction to early career postdoctoral research funding applications and will aim to cover the following:

• Early career funding schemes offered by major UK and European funding bodies.
• The process of putting together a competitive funding application.
• Some common errors to avoid.
