The artist Leonid Pasternak, a leading Russian impressionist and the father of writer Boris Pasternak, was born in Odessa, travelled extensively in Europe, and died in 1945 in Oxford. Numerous paintings and sketches of his close friend Leo Tolstoy, as well as Rachmaninov and the singer Feodor Chaliapin, are still in the family home, opened for an exclusive visit today.

NB: as this is a private home, the address will be sent to ticket holders closer to the time. Visits will last one hour.
