Professor William Marx is the Professor of Comparative Literature at the Collège de France, and is the 2022 Visiting Professor for the TORCH/Princeton University Press Lecture Series in European History and Culture.

Professor Ann Jefferson is Emeritus Professor of French Literature at the University of Oxford, and Fellow of the British Academy. In 2012, Professor Jefferson was appointed Commandeur dans l’ordre des palmes académiques.
