Mobility Research Day

We are taking advantage of the presence of Susan Banki (coming from the University of Sydney) to organise another informal research day at COMPAS and exchange ideas in a relaxed setting.

Those who came to the last couple of sessions know the format: everybody is invited to bring something to share for lunch, then we will have presentations and discussions from about 2 pm to 4.30 pm. At 5pm, we will hear Susan Banki’s presentation of her forthcoming book, entitled Homeland activists without a home: the ecosystem of exile politics – and afterwards head to the Gardeners’ Arms to continue the conversation over drinks. An abstract of Susan’s book is here.

Do get in touch if you would like to present your work: we have two or three slots available for presenters this time. In any case, we hope to see many of you then, so please save the date!
