Women in Humanities Feminist Pedagogy Workshop

sappho bust

You’re a feminist, but is your pedagogy? In this afternoon workshop we will explore and discuss what feminist pedagogy is and think about how we can integrate it into our teaching practice. Our main focus will be to discuss strategies, model reflexive practice, and to share useful resources. Participants are encouraged to bring a syllabus, tutorial or seminar lesson plan, or reading list to workshop with others. This workshop is open to graduates, ECRs, and faculty in the humanities who are teaching or thinking about teaching in the future. There will be a break for refreshments. You don’t need to have experience to attend, just an interest in thinking about your teaching practice!
