This event was presented in association with TORCH, with support from the Humanities Cultural Programme, and the Oxford Botanic Garden and Arboretum.

 

Laura Tunbridge and Simon Hiscock, Director of the Botanic Garden, illuminate the evolution of the rose in poetry, music and horticulture, with two outstanding young artists performing songs by Purcell, Schubert, and Fauré among others.
