The University of Oxford, Department of Engineering Science is looking forward to welcoming Dr Dillon Ramsook (University of Trinidad & Tobago) as a CaribOx Visiting Fellow collaborating with Prof. Rene Bañares-Alcántara and the OXGATE group in 2026.
The project will apply Oxford’s cutting-edge green ammonia models and optimisation tools to small island developing states (SIDS) — exploring sustainable pathways for local ammonia production and reducing dependence on imported fertilisers and fossil fuels.
