Cooking in Tune with Nature

Join PhD fellow Mau Lindow Tarbensen from Aarhaus University, Denmark, for an evening where culinary history meets contemporary taste. Drawing on her experience as a chef, Mau will explore the sustainable practices found in women's cookbooks from 1818-1901, before serving a dish that combines 19th-century ideals with 21st-century flavours.
