Originally from Leytonstone, East London, Jacob is studying for an MSt Global and Imperial History after completing a BA in History at King’s College London. Jacob’s research is focused on the history of Black British publishing and print culture from a transnational perspective. His work analyses the composite intellectual and material cultures that have and continue to circulate the space coined by Paul Gilroy as ‘The Black Atlantic’.
