Queer Graphics: Fumetti LGBTQIA+ Italiani is an interviews-based podcast series on Italian LGBTQIA+ graphic novelists and their works. Its aim is to promote stories related to the Italian LGBTQIA+ community and to give a platform to LGBTQIA+ artists.

The first season of the podcast featured five authors: Nicoz Balboa, Frad, Giulio Macaione, Giopota, and Flavia Biondi. The podcast covered their artistic journey, their relationship with Italian publishing companies, as well as North-South racialising discourses, the depiction of non-normative bodies, and homonormative Italian mainstream stories. The first season was funded in 2021 by the AHRC/TORCH, following a Public Engagement with Research course, and it has since been released on three different podcast platforms (Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts).

The forthcoming second season is funded by the TORCH PER Interdisciplinary Scheme, and it will build on the conversations and themes of the first season, while it will also expand onto new areas.
