New TORCH Network: 'Childhood and Youth Studies Network' (CYS)

We are delighted to announce the launch of the Childhood and Youth Studies Network, funded by TORCH’s New Network Scheme. Childhood and Youth Studies is a field which asks urgent questions about how age shapes experiences of climate change, race, migration, education, culture, and public health. The challenges of researching childhood and youth have long prompted interdisciplinary thinking, which this network seeks to further advance. CYS Oxford will bring together researchers of all career stages at the University of Oxford, other British universities, and internationally.

The network is led by Dr Catherine Sloan (History), Dr Alexandra Lloyd (Geography) and Dr Sneha Krishnan (Modern Languages).

If you would like to join the network, email cysoxford@torch.ox.ac.uk or visit Childhood and Youth Studies Network (CYS) website.
