On 9th June 2021, the UK Parliament Knowledge Exchange Unit delivered a training session for researchers on how to engage with select committees. This training session was aimed at academic researchers and provided plenty of practical information and advice.  The chair was Naomi Saint, Knowledge Exchange Manager, UK Parliament.  The expert speakers were George James (Committee Specialist, Northern Ireland Affairs Committee, House of Commons), Alex McMillan (Committee Clerk, House of Lords) and Janet Veitch (Specialist Adviser, Women and Equalities Committee, House of Commons).
