Come up to Wytham Woods on the afternoon of the 27th July to join Dr Pete Hommel and colleagues from the School of Archaeology as they explore the science and magic of metal production. This drop-in event will run between 14.00 and 19.00 (weather permitting) and will involve materials handling sessions, coin-making and regular fiery technological performances.
This event is part of an ongoing collaboration between the School of Archaeology and the Oxford Playhouse, funded by the TORCH Theatres Seed Fund.
