Research Seminar | Women’s Writing in Early Medieval Manuscripts from England and Francia

Week 5, Thursday 23 May 2024, 5.30-6.30pm

Lower Lecture Room, Lincoln College

All welcome

The Medieval Women’s Writing Research Group meets to discuss everything to do with women’s writing in the medieval period. We hold both a research seminar series as well as the more informal reading group in even weeks (see: Medieval Women’s Writing Reading Group).

We are thrilled to host Jessica Hodgkinson (New College Library) for this weeks research seminar session, for which she will give the paper “Eugenia scripsit: Women’s Writing in Early Medieval Manuscripts from England and Francia”.

Attention: We will meet at 5.30pm this week!

Convenors:

Katherine Smith, Marlene Schilling, Carolin Gluchowski and Santhia Velasco Kittlaus
