Songs for a Young King: Responses to the Tutankhamun Archive

An image of a bald man wearing a white gown with ornate gold markings on his face and strong black eyeliner. He has his right hand stretched in front of him and is shown on an orange sunset style background.

A selection of vocal repertoire from various periods, chosen by Anthony Roth Costanzo in response to items in the Griffith Institute's Tutankhamun archive and to themes in the Bodleian's Tutankhamun: Excavating the Archive exhibition, establishing a personal dialogue between the ancient burial and modern performer and audiences.
