'Writing Technologies' interdisciplinary early modern workshop: Conceptual and disciplinary 'compartments'

Held on Microsoft Teams, Friday 19th February, 12.30-2pm GMT: to receive an invitation, email jennifer.oliver@worc.ox.ac.uk by noon on 18th February

The latest in our series of informal 'work-in-progress' workshops will explore the emergence and evolution of divisions and connections between areas of study. A small number of participants present a text and/or image they are working with, and discuss with the group the questions they are interested in. A second workshop on the theme of 'compartments' will follow in Trinity Term, when we will investigate material 'compartments' in objects (including, potentially, books), and the intellectual 'compartmentalisation' of thought or text into (re-)combinable 'elements'.
